Media personality Caroline Marcah Mirembe has vowed never to leave MC Kats despite the fights and media attacks.
Marcah was a guest on a YouTube podcast, where she spoke about her close relationship with the Next Media host and events MC.
Despite failing to define the nature of their relationship, Marcah revealed that the media’s agenda for them being romantically together was mainly forced.
Regarding rumours of contracting HIV from MC Kats, Marcah revealed that she is unbothered by the allegations and vowed to stick by Kat’s side because of what they had been through together.
You people have tried forcing that relationship. Sometimes we sit back with Katamba and laugh because people have tried so hard to move the relationship forward for all these years. But there is nothing you writers, bloggers, YouTubers, or commenters will say or write that will make me hate Katamba or let him go.

Marcah, while giving her reasons for her loyalty to Kats, revealed, You do not know that guy’s story. I respect Katamba because, even when we quarrel or he does weird things, I still show him some respect. We have gone through things; you guys have insulted us.
Caroline Marcah further condemned the stigmatization that the public treats Kats with, defining HIV as an unpredictable disease that could easily affect anyone.
