Socialite Bryan White, born Bryan Kirumira, has been remanded to Luzira Prison on charges linked to Caroline Nalubwama’s death.
A few weeks back, fire gutted Bryan White’s house in Makindye, leaving him and 25-year-old Nalubwama Carol nursing serious body injuries.
Nalubwama was rushed to several medical facilities to save her life. Unfortunately, she lost the battle due to the severe injuries at Kiruddu Hospital, where she had been referred for specialized medical care.
The police have since initiated investigations, discovering that Carol’s death was staged and Bryan White was the prime suspect.
Despite his medical condition, Bryan was arraigned in the Chief Magistrate’s Court chambers in Makindye, Kampala, in an ambulance for his case mention.

He was charged with seven counts, including human sacrifice and manslaughter, among others. The Chief Magistrate, Ms Sarah Basemera, remanded the socialite to Luzira Prison until 18th December 2025.
