Bryan White Faces Witchcraft Allegations Following Death of Nalubwama Carol

Date:

Socialite and businessman Bryan White’s case has taken a whole new turn with the family of the late Nalubwama Carol accusing him of witchcraft and performing rituals that allegedly led to their daughter’s death.

Bryan White’s witchcraft speculations arose following the fire outbreak at his Kyamula, Makindye Division-based home, which claimed Caroline’s life.

According to eyewitnesses, there was a grass-thatched hat, a place with idols laid on the ground alongside crosses. There were also incinerators, fireplaces, and wood, which neighbours said would burn throughout the night.

The tearful mother revealed that her daughter had been terribly burned, and upon checking the dead body, the tongue was missing.

She had moved in with Bryan White. Every time she escaped, they called her back. This time, my child has not survived. On many occasions, I tried getting her back in vain.”

The mother further alleged that her daughter was not only Bryan White’s close friend, but also shared a romantic bond.

According to Caroline’s father, his daughter met Bryan White while she was working in Dubai. Despite his repeated warnings, she later moved in with him. The father recounted that when Bryan White invited him to visit their residence, he claimed that Caroline had a “snake for a sibling” and could not leave his home because he needed to watch over her.

“I think he charmed her because she started moving like a snake, putting her tongue out. I let them be. On Saturday, he invited us over to his home, but we were first denied entry by the military. They later accessed the premises on orders that he had woken up,”

The father further stated that Bryan White took him to a closed bedroom where his daughter died. He forced him to undress and kneel before a basin of hot water and petrol.

He covered me with a bedcover. I tried to resist, and he forced me back down. Don’t know if he wanted to kill me first. I know he did the same thing to my daughter, and I think after she had died, they forged the fire. But which fire? The bed didn’t burn; the glasses are unaffected.”

Caroline was rushed to Kiruddu Hospital, and according to the doctors, she had suffered severe burns, something the father doesn’t believe. He alleged that Bryan White is a witch doctor and was practicing witchcraft. Caroline allegedly referred to him as ‘Jajja’ (a Luganda name for a traditional doctor).

Bryan White is currently admitted, and Caroline was cleared by the police to be laid to rest at her ancestral home.

“I want my daughter to get justice. Bryan White didn’t kill his daughter. She was my capital. I know he sacrificed y daughter or maybe she died during one of those rituals,” Caroline’s father cried out.
