Musician Bebe Cool revealed that he had undergone liposuction, a cosmetic surgical procedure used to remove unwanted fat deposits from specific areas of the body, aiming to improve body shape.
Bebe Cool made the revelation during an interview with Kasuku, noting that he went under the knife, citing health complications.
He revealed that he was suffering from hypertension, which would shoot up to 200. The Gagamel boss noted that it was because he was overweight, and to stay stable, he had to depend on medication all the time.
When he went to the hospital, he asked the doctors to proceed with the surgery to extract the excessive fat from his body.
The rumour had been trending on social media for a long time, and Bebe Cool felt that it was the right time to address it.

I’m not just clearing the air but I’m helping people to understand that when you are overweight, you have a lot of fat. When you get to 40 and you are overweight these are things you experience. That is why you hear many people collapsing and dying in gyms, in cars, that is all fat. We got to the gym to cut the fats. Whereas some go to build muscles, 90% go to burn fats, he said.
