Date:

Gagamel boss Bebe Cool has opened up on the other reason he released his ‘Break The Chains’ album, explaining that it was to hype his value as a musician.

Bebe Cool released his studio album last year, and although there was a lot of criticism and debate around it, he noted that the media hype and noise helped him elevate his place in the industry.

He revealed to his followers during a TikTok live broadcast that the album not only made him a trending topic in the country but also pushed his worth through the roof. He said he used this strategy to target general campaigns, putting him in a better position to control and manage finances.

Bebe Cool confessed that he spent close to $1 million, and at this point, he is worth more than that.

“You kept hearing ‘Break The Chains. ‘. But I just wanted to have a trending topic and make sure that by the time the big budgets flow into the country during campaigns, I was on top of the industry. As simple as that, because it gives you the power to run the finances. You have to learn how to think. Do you know how much I was worth if I’m to be paid for the work I did? I no longer do things directly, I go through the corners,” he said.
