Bad Black Refutes Wedding Postponement, Vows Legal Action Against Media House Over Fake News

Date:

Socialite Bad Black has denied rumours suggesting that she had cancelled her wedding after pocketing millions of shillings from contributions.

Bad black, together with her fiancé, Asha Panda, recently held their official wedding meeting, where friends and family came through to show their support. According to Badblack, they pledged and contributed more than 60 million shillings for the couple’s big day.

During the course of this week, rumours started circulating on social media stating that she had fleeced the money and postponed the planned destination wedding to a later date.

Taking to her social media platforms, Bad Black termed the rumor as fake news, urging her followers to treat it with the contempt it deserved.

In a long post, BadBlack revealed that she had instructed her lawyers to write to one media house behind the false allegations with the intention to sue over misinformation.

She questioned why they were pained when they didn’t contribute a cent. She reminded the public about the high-profile individuals who attended her launch and contributed substantial sums of money, yet were relegated to the back, awaiting the wedding, rather than believing the gossip.

Black assured her fans that the wedding will still go on as planned on 14th February 2026. The honeymoon was already booked and paid for, and they will be enjoying it in Seychelles.

The reason she is not talking about it anymore is that the broadcast had already been paid for by ‘Plat It Loud’ and NRG Radio, which will provide the public with the exclusive updates.
