Ugandan artist Apollo BW has officially unveiled his tourism-inspired EP Rearrange, a project designed to celebrate Uganda’s beauty while encouraging citizens to take pride in promoting their country.
The launch, held at Tales Lounge in Bukoto, brought together creatives, tourism enthusiasts, and government officials for what turned into more than a typical music unveiling. Through the project, Apollo BW positioned music as a powerful tool for storytelling and national pride, using sound and visuals to showcase Uganda’s landscapes, culture, and heritage.
The EP’s message was strongly echoed by the State Minister for Tourism, Martin Mugarra Bahinduka, who attended the launch and praised the artist for using his platform to highlight Uganda’s identity.
“We may come from different sides of the coin when it comes to politics, but we are all Ugandans, and we live in a beautiful country,” Bahinduka said while addressing guests.
His remarks struck a tone of unity, urging Ugandans to look beyond political differences and instead celebrate what brings them together.
“There is no country more beautiful than Uganda. I can bet my money,” he added, reflecting on his travels across the country. “From the food to the people to the weather, Uganda stands out.”
For the minister, Rearrange represents more than entertainment. He described the project as a meaningful contribution to promoting domestic tourism and shaping a positive image of Uganda both locally and internationally.
Bahinduka revealed that considerable investment had gone into producing the album and encouraged tourism promoters and event organisers to involve Apollo BW in future campaigns aimed at marketing Uganda.
“When we have gigs related to the explore campaigns, please always find time to call upon Apollo to showcase,” he urged. He also challenged ordinary Ugandans to help promote the country in their own small ways.
“You may not have the resources like Apollo to produce a big video,” he said. “But if you have a good camera, take a video from any part of the country and post it. Just showcase it.”

The call, he explained, was simple: every Ugandan with a camera and a story can help show the world what the country has to offer.
For Apollo BW, that message sits at the heart of Rearrange. The EP’s lead single, “Ohh Uganda,” captures the project’s tourism theme by celebrating the nation’s natural beauty and cultural richness.

“On the Rearrange album, the lead song is Ohh Uganda, and the whole essence of it is to show the beauty of Uganda,” the artist explained.
Bahinduka commended the singer for going the extra mile to bring that vision to life, noting that Apollo travelled across different parts of the country to capture striking visuals for the project.
“We are grateful for Apollo’s great work as an ambassador. As the song suggests, he traversed the whole country getting the best pictures and videos of great quality,” the minister said. “He will be a good ambassador not just in Uganda but abroad.”
