American Woman Paula Exposes Royal Jeff for Orphanage Scam

Date:

Singer Royal Jeff, real name Ssemanda Timothy, has been exposed by her fiancée, Paula, a South Carolina woman, claiming he scammed her.

Paula claims that she first met Royal Jeff in February 2023, when he was living in Mityana. During the first six months of knowing him, Jeff was not a celebrity; instead, he was involved in philanthropic work, raising money for his orphanage on Instagram.

She claims Royal Jeff kept telling people that he had 20 orphans that he was taking care of. Moved by the story, Paula sent money to him through a mutual friend, Isaac, to help him care for the children in his charge.

The two continued to text daily, and in the process, Royal Jeff told Paula about how he lived in the ghettos and on the streets. He claimed that he desired to own the orphanages and get a home for the children rather than renting the premises.

He added that it would cost him only $6000 because the landlord could no longer afford to pay his loan and decided to put the property on sale. Clara decided to purchase the property and bought the deckers for the children, as they were allegedly sleeping on the floor.

They had been talking for a year before she decided to visit Uganda to see the children. Royal Jeff allegedly rented a car and, together with his friend, picked Clara up from the airport and checked her into Mark and Hill in Mityana.

He had reportedly shown her documents of the said purchase, the certification stating that he was the owner of the property, which were fake.

Unfortunately, she later learned that the property in question was never an orphanage, and the story about the landlord was fabricated.

It turns out he was never an orphan in the first place, and his mother owned the structure. To convince her, he had claimed that his mother, Janet, was his aunt, but it was all a lie.

“We visited three orphanages, and one of them turned out to be a scam, and from there I learned about that. I went to Timothy’s mother’s house, but she just borrowed the children. They didn’t even live there. Right now, his Instagram is private but he was selfish and just used the money on his siblings. He not only scammed me but the people that gave him money. This is why Americans do not want to give money to African countries like Uganda. It is people like Timothy that hurt the Ugandan children,” she said.

Clara vowed to keep exposing Royal Jeff and has promised to do numerous videos about the scam. She promised to release the next video talking about how Royal Jeff moved to Kampala, pursued his music career, and continued to scam on the internet.
