Musician Ameria Nambala has set conditions for Grace Khan’s family if she is to help them financially.
Grace Khan’s family is seeking assistance to have her released from rehab, where she has spent more than three months due to substance abuse.
Nambala, during an interview with Spark TV, expressed her disappointment in Grace Khan, whom she hoped had changed. Before her recent commitment to rehab, Nambala revealed that she had tried to help her close friend, had helped her out financially, had bought her a new phone, and had been a friend to her. She was, however, disappointed when all these didn’t work, and she still relapsed back to her old ways.
“What is annoying me the most is that we have tried so much. I tried bringing her closer to me, but if none of these worked, you know they have a problem. Not because people don’t have money, but because they are tired. They can’t help the same person over and over again. Look at Susan Makula, she cannot fail to help Grace Khan, but she has many to help. People are tired,” she said.
Nambala revealed that netizens had given Grace Khan many chances and always rushed to help whenever she got into trouble. She feels that Grace took advantage of this and kept dragging herself back, knowing she had a backup plan.

This time, Nambala vows to do things differently, and to help Grace, she has set her own conditions that she says must be met before she gives her family money.
“This time, I told them what to do. I want to meet all her family members. If we are to help Grace Khan and give her a last chance, I have my conditions. I will not judge her because I’m a parent, but there are things that must be met. I want to first see all her people and everyone close to her,” she said.
