Fangone Forest boss Alien Skin and his fans celebrated his music legacy in a gathering that they referred to as Fangone Independence.
The second edition of the celebrations took place at Fusion Auto Spa Munyonyo, which was filled capacity. Green being the theme, the fans flocked to the venue dressed in all shades of green, waving green flags with their emblem.
Alien Skin treated his fans to a heavy buffet during the day before they kicked off the night celebrations. A short documentary of his life journey, well-narrated with a heartfelt tribute, was displayed on the projector for everyone to witness how far he had come.
The documentary gave a sneak peek of Alien Skin’s concerts, interviews with different media houses, controversies, and his arrest after the attack on Nsambya Hospital staff, among others.
Fangone soldiers lost control when their icon stepped on stage. He was dressed in a green suit with his side pockets full of the famous Mairungi leaves. The night was crowned with a cake cutting led by Alien Skin and his close aides.

According to Alien Skin’s fans, August 8th is a special day in their camp, marking the moment Ugandans believed in his talent and the fact that he had come to change the game.
