Musician A Pass has come out to address rumours suggesting that he got funding from the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) for his concert.
A Pass had his debut solo concert earlier this year and it went down in history as one of the most organized concerts of the year. From the stage to the lighting, programming, and the turn-up, everything was on point.
Nobat Events, while exposing Eddy Kenzo and demanding accountability for the funds the UNMF received, alleged that A Pass received a push of 20 Million from the federation that helped him put together the concert.
A Pass during his live TikTok broadcast with his fans strongly denied the allegations, revealing that the federation members were not in position to buy his table of 3M, more less send him a token 20M like alleged.

“I saw one promoter who calls himself generational speaking on camera saying that UMNF gave me money. They have never given me any single coin to support my concert. They in fact didn’t even buy a table at my concert; how can such people give me 20 million yet they couldn’t buy a table for only 3 million.
If what you are saying is right, then what they are doing is wrong. But if you are lying, it is bad. Stop accusing people because they have never given me any money. I don’t even know where the federation is located,” he said.
